I flew out to Halifax, Nova Scotia for around 48 hours to capture this inaugural event in which two of Canada's top chefs came together for one-night-only collaboration.

My job was to tell the story of the evening in a sub-90-second film for social media. As well as mouthwatering shots of the dishes and the event itself, I also wanted to include a flavour of the chefs' personalities. This was an ultimately a storytelling opportunity as well as just a chance to see great food.

The final video is polished and premium, but also gives viewers a real taste of what it might have felt like to be there themselves.
